As has been discussed, the stakeholder impacts, so having stakeholders have an opportunity to weigh in on the option. I'd like staff to address the rat-running issues with traffic. I know that's an ongoing issue, and then also taking a closer look at aesthetics so that we have a bike lane that is attractive and matches the aesthetics of our beautiful Stanley Park.
And I want to note that I am committed to dedicated cycling infrastructure in Stanley Park, but I recognize it needs to be done with care, and I really look forward to seeing what staff bring back in November.

I know that in the previous memo we sort of talked about the Tea House circulation and the new circulation being safer, and then we've heard from stakeholders that maybe that circulation isn't ideal. Just to confirm, in all options you're going to work with the Tea House owners and figure out what works best for them, is that correct?
